Safegaurding pens at public places

Generally public places like Post Offices, Banks, Railway stations keep pens to fill out forms etc. People generally have the habit of taking those pens with them inadvertently. Some try to chain the pens and so on causing inconvenience to people. I have a better solution. Such places should keep funky pens instead of normal pens. The design of the pen should be so embarrassing that no one will carry them away with themselves.

Got to know about this website through a common friend on FB. Looks to be a unique concept. My opinion is that you don’t really need a particular day to complain. However, this whole ‘Complaints Day’ thing may actually take the ‘complaint’ movement to a whole new level and perhaps attract the desired attention.

And now a day dedicated to Complaints...At first I was sceptical about this entire complaint thing and simply laughed it off. But a good thought about it and I thought it did make sense, thanks to the number of problems that customers today face. Waiting to know whether this would actually work.
